We really appreciated this and it was a nice bonus for our stay. The front office manager “Christian” was most hospitable and offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite for the occasion. I had contacted the hotel a day earlier to confirm our reservation and to mention it was a special birthday trip for myself. It was a first time visit and I was immediately impressed with the customer service and warm welcome. We just returned from a 1 night stay at this resort.
